Carolina Ibarra Sinclair

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master's of International Relations from the University of Linköping, Sweden. She has extensive experience helping Americans and Canadians settle in Mexico, as she offered the services through a Mexican real estate and development Company in Mazatlán, Mexico. Carolina was also involved in opening the first mortgage brokerage company to offer loans to Americans and Canadians in Mazatlán.

In addition to Mexican Real Estate, she has experience in Canadian residential and commercial property management.

Carolina is both a Canadian and a Mexican Citizen; and is completely bilingual and bicultural. She currently lives in Vancouver, B.C.

Mauricio Ruiz Arnaut

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Commerce from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. Mauricio began his career working for a Customs Brokerage firm in Mazatlán, Mexico. He then spent over four years working for the Mexican Fisheries Department on Production Chain Integration and Product Marketing before moving to Canada.

Mauricio now resides in Vancouver, B.C.

Through Sinclair and Ruiz, Carolina and Mauricio help Americans and Canadians to better understand the Mexican Real Estate system and invest in Mexico; as well as help developers and States to market properties and destinations in Canada.
